I've been a fitness trainer for 10 years. My claim to fame is that I trained the BIggest Loser when he came home and helped him win the grand prize for season 4. I teach group exercise classes such as kickboxing, spinning, yoga and pilates. My newest kick is training with kettlebells. I believe in living healthy is your best defense.
