Music
Not totally into music, but I do enjoy the occasional jam.
I do like old school rap (Tupac, Easzy E, etc.) but the new stuff gives me a headache.
Also, Cake, Atmosphere, Ugly Duckling and Louis Logic.
Rock is also cool but none of that commercial crap.
I also like to listen to soundtracks. I've always wondered what life would be like with a soundtrack. I'd have mine written by John Williams, the dude that does the Star Wars and all of Steven Spielbegs flicks (except for Hook. Hook was weak).
I should also mention that I hate MTV.

Lots of stuff.
Star Wars, of course.
Comic book flicks (Batman Begins, X-men 1&2, Spidey, Blade 1&2, 300, and Soon WATCHMEN... I hope, etc.) and others like Ghost World, Sin City and Constantine are cool as well.
Also enjoy a good foreign flick.
Samurai (Kurosawa is bomb) and martial arts flicks. Sergio Leone's Man With No Name Trillogy, plus Once Upon a Time in the West is the bomb.
The Evil Dead movies, and Romero's Dead flicks.
Shaun of the Dead is fantastic and Hot Fuzz is gonna be the bomb.
Weird flicks like Battle Royale, Memento, Following, Versus, Azumi.
Darren Arrofnosky's flicks, Kevin Smith flicks: Clerks 1&2, Dogma, Mallrats etc., Robert Rodriguez flicks: El Mariachi, Desperado, etc, even Faculty.
Charlie Kaufman's Eternal Sunshine, Being John Malkovich, Adaptation.
Classics: Casablanca, Maltese Falcon, Treasure of Sierra Madre, Hitchcock flicks: North by Northwest, Rear Window, Rope, etc.
And lets not forget the old Cine de Oro-type flicks.
Movies starring the GREAT Pedro Infante, Luis Aguilar, Jorge Negrete and comedies with Capulina, Tin Tan, India Maria, etc... oh and Chespirito is still hillarious.
Also, the Tarantino flicks: Reservoir Dogs, Pulp Fiction, Kill Bill 1 & 2 (overrated, but still kinda cool), True Romance, and stuff like , LA Confidential, Cohen Bros. flicks (Miller's Crossing, Fargo, etc.) and The Usual Suspects.
I could go on.... and on, but I'll stop there.
Television
Simpsons, of course.
Scrubs, The Office (BBC & US), Extras, Dead Like Me (which was cancelled but is bad ass), Firefly (another sadly cancelled show), Buffy, Angel, Entourage and Daily Show, SPACED (if you liked Shaun of the Dead, check it out, yo), plus other stuff I can't remember. That Veronica Mars show is sweet, too. LOST, 24, HEROES, Doctor Who, How I Met Your Mother, Venture Bros., Hbo's THE WIRE, Battlestar Galactica, Friday Night Lights, ROME.
