My pink obsession (or should I say my hot pink obsession) began around 1985-1986 time period. Before that, I had a red obsession. I wore red everyday of the week. My friends and coworkers would count how many times a month I wore red. I remember going to a hynotherapist for something totally unrelated, and she told me I had to soften my energy. She then hynotized me so that I would not wear red anymore. To this day, and it has been over 20 years, I cannot handle wearing red. I turned to pink (a much softer color), and now I am absolutely in love with the color pink. I even have wall to wall hot pink carpet and a pink golf cart. Pink is a very loving and soothing color, and I obviously feel the need to surround myself with love energy. I am single, so any man who gets involved with me must put up with my "pink obsession". Someday, I will own a hot pink car. When I do a reiki healing in which it deals with emotions and love, I use the energy from the color pink. My friends all call me the PINK LADY, PINKSTER, PINK and even the PINK GODDESS.
My name is Linda Kaye, and I am very proud of my Jewish heritage; however, I consider myself to be more spiritual than anything else. To give you a little bit about my background, my mother is from Rangoon Burma (she is Jewish), and my father was from Czechoslovakia. He escaped from a concentration camp, and he served in the Israeli Army for awhile. Except for a brother and sister, his whole family was killed in the gas chambers. My parents met in Los Angeles when he came to fix my mother's toilet (how romantic). I was the first one on my mom's side to be born in America, and I am sure the first one on my mom's side to become a nudist (OY VEY!!). My mother kept a kosher home; however, I chose early on not to keep a kosher home. I will tell you, though, that I LOVE matzah ball soup, kreplach soup, fried matzahs, chopped liver and all the Jewish delicacies that I very rarely get here in the Land O' Lakes/Lutz area where I live in Florida. Every year, I look forward to going to our yearly Passover Sedars and our yearly Break the Fast dinners that the Jewish Nudist Community puts together for the Pasco County area of Florida. We all bring Jewish food and Jewish Deserts. Yummy!

I am a Jewish nudist who just happens to love the nudist lifestyle.
My parents, who are very old fashioned and from the old country, already couldn't handle my career choice of being a psychic.They had a real tough time with it. Becoming a nudist only added to the shock for my parents. Can you imagine me going to Temple and announcing to everyone that I am a nudist and a psychic? When I became a nudist in 1992. that only added to the shock for my parents.
Yes, I could have hidden my nudist lifestyle from my parents, but I didn't want to hide it. Becoming a nudist had a profound and life changing effect on me. I couldn't keep it a secret. It became a huge part of my life every weekend, and a big part of my conversations. Out of respect for my mother (who kept telling me I would go to hell), I did not tell our relatives. I wanted to though. My dad would get a big smile on his face when we talked about my nudist club. I know he would have gone in a second, but my mom was against it. He was dying to tell our relatives. He would blurt out at family functions: "Look Linda has an all over tan". Some of our relatives are orthodox, and maybe for that reason, they did not catch on. If they did, they didn't say anything.
I was raised by a Jewish mother who constantly told me as I was growing up to "cover up". I have a funny little toe, and I wasn't allowed to go barefoot or wear sandles as I was growing up. It embarrassed her, but it didn't embarrass me. I felt quite insecure about my body and up until my mid twenties, I wouldn't wear a bathing suit.
I thought I had to look perfect, so when I discovered the nudist lifestyle the first time when I was 25, it was an incredible freeing experience. I spent the whole entire summer going every weekend to a nude beach. WOW! I had a boyfriend at that time who introduced me to the nudist lifestyle.
More than 17 years went by before I found that wonderful peaceful feeling again when I went to a nudist resort at 42 years of age. IT WAS WOW ALL OVER AGAIN. This time, I didn't let it go. I am now a member of a nudist resort in Pasco County, Florida.
There is a huge Jewish nudist community in Pasco County, Florida. We have break the fast dinners for Yom Kippur and Passover Sedars every year. Everyone brings their favorite Jewish dish. Delicious!
Recently, I told my cousins in Israel that I lived in a nudist resort and waited for them to "freak out". That actually never happened. One of them found it very amusing and the others were quite curious and asked a lot of questions. They were very accepting of my lifestyle, or so it appeared.
