About me:
French Canadian, born near Quebec city in a small town called Beaupré close to Mount St-Anne Ski resort. Been flying Helicopter for 6 years now and I LOVE IT! ;-)
Before I've worked in restaurants and café in and around Quebec city and in Vancouver for 12 years. I like to see new places, try new tastes and thanks to my job I do it a lot. Lately I've been "swallowed" by the 3rd wave coffee scene and love what it has evolve into since I stop working in café. Since last winter I'm back in it as a Barista. Really into technical aspect of espresso extraction. Hopefully someday my skills as a Barista will be on par with my knowledge ;-)
I'm very easy going and like to meet new people, specially people "different" than me. Different background, look, lifestyle etc. There is always something to learn from other no matter who they are. Never stop to the apparence, there is always something interesting beneath. Like a cup of coffee or a pint of beer!!
I'm in a relationship with the "love of my life" :) since November 1991. Not married, common law is all we need. No kids so far, she want one , I'm not sure yet... (well spring 2007 we're working on it! ;-)
