Nick, hey man, how's it going? School still treating you well? Ship life is ship life so it's not too bad. The weather has been great and we have a full 10-piece orchestra, the only one in the entire fleet of 22 ships at Carnival. Things are going well though, so it's been fun. wellllllll the story is that i'm goin to college at east tennessee state university. i got a public performance scholarship playing bluegrass there. so i pretty much play bluegrass every night with awesome musicians, it's really really a dream come true. i love it SO much! i wish i would have known you were in ny, i was there over labor day and i went one other weekend in october too! next time though we have to get together! my spring break is the 5-10 of march and i'm planning on coming up there for the week. hopefully you'll be there and we can get together or somethin! so music is great for me, i still play my trumpet every day, not at the extent i used to obviously, because i'm busy with other music stuff, but i do still play quite a bit. my goal is to find a quintet to play with (mainly cause it's my favorite brass music to play) and play more steadily down here. how are you liking school? i canNOT believe you are there! craaazy! well anyway, keep in touch and we'll see about march! bye!

well good!! I'm glad to hear all is well with you! :) I've just been doin' the school thing and doing a lot of stuff with music here. I made it into our Top choir, so I was super excited about that, and we're pretty darn good, if I may say so myself:P other than that, I've basically just been chillin' out, enjoying life in Cali. :)

Thanks for finding me. You sounded great the other night... I guess it was almost a week ago. Time has been passing quickly for me. Hope all is well in the "Grand Cities"
The tour was cool. We got back a week ago. We could have used you, of course. I just like walking around the Japanese citites, the food was cool, and the culture and style. The audiences are really appreciative, like full concerts and encores, etc. which is cool. Will and I have be squeezing in some running here and there, interespersing some push ups and sit ups which kick my ass. I'm expecting the same out of you. Peace. -Pete
