I am pushing the pedal to a life I've never had before, but, as always looked down on by others.I like my life 53/11. PSI at 80 front, & 90 rear. Working my body to get to the top of the next hill to get my jelly's off going down at really sick speeds. Did my 2nd 70.3 5:42:47 better. Got my eyes on the KONA Ironman for 2010. I hope to do the Velodrome in the Olympic one day.

Wow. Busy busy. Everyone's all over the place that I knew. I live in FL now. With the palmetto bugs of DEWM. I'm basically the same as I was. Playing games, drawing pictures :3 My hubby is a trucker so I have a lot of time on my hands sometimes. Life's good. God's great. :3 I guess I'm doin okay. ^^
For cross I run a 34x11 rear cassette and for my local races it seems to work out well. My tires currently are specialized pro fast track tubless in a 2.0 size. I also really recommend Kenda Tires. All my other bikes have them and I may go to them on my cross bike when I wear these out.
