All kinds...listen most to country, 70's, 80's & 90's rock, and a new found love for jazz...great for unwinding with a good cup of coffee.

About me: I grew up in Johnstown, Pennsylvania where I graduated from Conemaugh Valley High in 1994. I attended the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown and graduated with a degree in biology in 1998. I decided to further my education by attending Sherman Chiropractic college in Spartanburg, SC. While in SC I met and married my husband Andy. He is also a chiropractor. We had our first child, a girl, Avery, in September 2000. Before graduating in September 2002, we were pregnant with our second child. He was born January 29th, 2003. We named him Anderson. Just before his birth, we moved back to Pennsylvania to be closer to family. A small town called Turbotville, near Williamsport. We opened 2 chiropractic offices, both of which are doing well. I also teach group fitness exercise and enjoy it thoroughly. In December, 2005 we welcomed baby #3, another girl, Amara. She completes our family, along with our 3 cats. We have a home in the country, surrounded by Amish and old order Mennonite. We love the peacefulness.
Once our youngest turned 1, I decided to chase a dream of mine...professional body building. Health and wellness are a huge part of my life, especially given my profession. I have thus far competed in 2 competitions placing 1st and 2nd. I have a lot more work to do but I'm loving it. My husband and I are now the owners of Heart Line Health and Fitness, a full functioning gym in Milton, PA near our home. All is going great! This buff Mama is having fun, feeling great, and loving life.

Hey Nik! Thanks for the add! I think it is safe to say that we haven't talked since high school. It certainly appears from your My Space page that things have gone well on your end! I ran into your brother down at Thunder In The Valley and he stated that you were a body builder......I think that is great! Anyway, just wanted to say Hey.........talk to you later!
I hope I don't look too mean in my picture. I just don't smile a lot in photos, even though I know I should. For some reason I don't like the way I look when I smile. Glad you have been on L4L, I like it there too, obviously. :-)
