Welcome to the official page for Buckinghamshire based musician Nick Byrne. This project was started as a musical outlet, a facility to experiment with ideas and play the odd show. Although started from voice and acoustic guitar, the songs recorded for his forthcoming debut EP include a lot more textures, dynamics and instuments than the average solo project. Sweeping through areas of folk and rock music, 'Self-titled EP' is a captivating listen, and there is surely much more to come from the twenty one year old musician.
So far I have played around my local area (High Wycombe) as well as shows at The Bull & Gate and The Hope & Anchor in London. I have had the pleasure of playing alongside such great people as Marcus Bonfanti, Katie Malco, Adam Barnes, Spring Offensive, Marc Halls, and I look forward to many more!
A short note:
I run this myspace myself and endevour to keep in contact with everyone myself. Feel free to comment, message as I aim to get back to everyone at this stage. I will be keeping the comments area free from shameless spam. If you think I have spammed you I apologise but I always try keep it personal - I rarely send out the exact same messages to everyone, or plug myself without trying to initiate conversation as well!
