Singer songwriter. Been writing since I was about seventeen. That's twenty years since and I'm finally sharing some of my offerings with whomever cares enough to listen.
I've been in one or two bands over the years, nothing much to get excited about though. The most fun was Wrist Action with some buddies in the mid nineties. I may re-record some of those somgs at some point . .
Aside from the music, my other passion is Bury Football Club who, in case you weren't sure, are fantastic.
Hi Nick, thanks for the add. I just had a listen to a couple of your tracks and I think your songwriting already is commercial. I like it. It's commercial in an Indie sense but there is a definite cross-over into pop. Stay true to yourself would be my advice - I write for the music and the song first and if it ends up being commercial in a pop/ rock sense, great but if not, I would always prefer to let the music write itself and become what it is. That being said, it is always good to set new goals and try and stretch your talents in other areas so good luck with it all. Just keep writing and I'll see you in the UKSC 2010! Steve
