Nick Lende has been playing music as far back as the ripe age of 7, starting at the piano. Begining to write music in the Junior High years, to this day, He is still avidly developing new ideas from piano & guitar, forming New sounds, deriving from the chemistry between recent acquaintances in Humboldt County. He has made his way through a few genres. Some of you might remember the days of Butterfly Soup :)
Yes, the old days of Butteryfly Soup (Electric Guitar), Joystick (Bass), Run Riot (Electric Guitar/Bass), Force Of Nature(Bass/Keyboard), EHS Jazz Combo (Guitar), are a number of groups I was affiliated with in 2000 or before.
Currently, I am the Worship Leader @ Church of the Nazarene, in Eureka, California, following the path of God's will.

dude im on the sound team at church, and it rocks. we have this 48 channel mixer that is huge. i love it. cant wait to get up there and see you guys. i'm thinkin about taking a few days off at about mid august. we'll let you know. but if not then september is coming fast.
hey nick, you're very talented. i don't think i ever remember hearing you sing before, just play the piano. to think of all those times that anika and i used to sing in the car on the way to ski, and you just kept silent. its been so long since those days. i wish i had the guts to pursue my music without being so afraid. my mom told me you had another baby, congrats. i still have pic's. of you guys from some of our trips, and i remember staying at your house a lot when my mom was away on business. do you remember the time we got locked out of your house, and had to walk to your grandma's? it was just me and you i think, i don't know where everybody else was.
we had so much fun seeing you guys, can't wait to come back. But you guys should come down our way, you would love it. we miss you guys already so much, i hope we can see you in few months around the Holidays. love you!!!!!!!!!!!!!
oh my gosh i was there for those crazy days of BUTTERFLY SOUP..man their concerts were like the best ever...they rocked. excpeted for when they were out in the garage playing so loud that i couldn't hear my tv show and mom was yelling " turn that down you wont hear by the time you 20.." ahhh the good old days..when we were so young and well you know the history. boy have our lives changeds so much since then. were all grown up married and having kids and working to pay the bills. man why can't we be kids again..if only for a day?
