Well maybe the future can be changed by the past since it hasnt happened, but the present would remain the same I believe. And the thoughts that change with the future due to a change in the past like a shock wave as you put it, I think would happen. There really can't be a hole in the entire space time continuum that people magically don't know anything about. There has to be something to fill that gap or else it would destroy the universe as scientists believe would happen if something catastrophic messes with the space time continuum. So, rather than knowing nothing that happened, the changed past now takes the place of the missing information.
Yeah. From what I can tell, a lot of rock music here still has a sense of humor. But they also seem to have a pretty limited vocabulary for swearing, so it may get lost in the translation.
