I have a large group of musical friends who play with me from time to time but essentially it is just me, my harp and guitar.
Influences
I have been inspired by so many different types of music and musicians it would be hard to say. I love everything from pop to dub, drum and bass to folk. A song a voice or just an idea can influence me, wherever it comes from but I am generaly influences by my own moods, thoughts and ideas.
Sounds Like
A bowl of Jewel, mixed with a tad of Bjork, a dash of The Corrs, a sprinkle of Natalie Imbrulia, a pinch of Morcheeba with a side of Emilliana Torrini. Best before: sunrise. Works well with large glass o' red wine......NOW comes with a twist of Joanna Newsome. ..

Ireland is on the radar for sure! Though I don't know about playing while we're there, unless we can figure something out that won't cost an arm and a leg to have our gear shipped over. Sorry the gig wasn't all that - it happens, unfortunately (as you well know!!). Hopefully we'll see you soooon!

Professional you are. i know you will be fine! haha. Totally in agreement though. Will be lovely to relax and get involved in the merriment of the night this time! Really excited about Heather and Craig Lamont. They haven't really done any gigs in Aberdeen for they've just moved here and they're great! And of course Rapunzel! He'll be bringing CDs for sale i think? so all is good.

the album? 10/10! really something great there! Helped greatly in the horrific hangover this morning! my 2yr old niece came in and goes, "oh Banda i do like the music in your room, turn it up a bit!" SHE'S TWO!!! i couldn't even string a sentence that well this morning.

Hey there, just thought id drop you a message to tell ya im playing the fringe in Edinburgh on sunday the 17th august, im playing a place called the Village, would be great to see you down there. im also playing Glasgow in the Liquid ship on the 12th of september, im doing an acoustic set for both gigs but i have recruted the services of an amazing harmonica player so its all new stuff, come down there's heaps on!
