Who In the Heck is Nicole S. Cooper???????

I have to admit that I am an Amateur Network Marketer. I've been involved with MLM for a little over 2 years. But it didn't take me long to desire for a more modern and effective strategy with building my business, which ultimately led to my discovering the Internet Network Marketing Revolution!!!! My success from this discovery makes me feel as though I am ahead of the game, with implementing strategies and techniques that will keep me from becoming obsolete in this industry. My hunger for success, stemmed from childhood. Ever since I was about 6 or 7 years old, I had a drive for making money. While my cousins and friends were playing with Barbie Dolls, I preferred a calculator to play store.

My favorite toy was the printing calculator that printed a receipt and would ring "chi-ching chi-ching" as I pulled all of mom's canned goods out of the cabinet, rang them up in my imaginary store and bagged them in our recycled paper bags.

My obsession for entrepreneurship would later foster into years of putting my Middle & High School Student Stores out of business as I became the vendor of choice for my peers when they wanted candy, chips, hot pickles and bags of popcorn (Yep, I sold it all and lugged it to school every single day!)

By the time I was 13, I was bringing in anywhere between $50 - $150 dollars per week.  It had gotten to the point where I could shop for my own clothes and had spending money whenever I would go out with my friends.

We were a very fortunate family and all of the kids loved our house. They would never want to go home because they considered our house to be the "fun house" where all the other kids would come to hang out.

On the flip side, I can not say that I was one of the best kids when it came to school.  I think I was like most entrepreneurs who would've much rather been somewhere else making money instead of sitting in class.  I guess my A.D.D.  contributed to my being a very troublesome kid.

I found myself daydreaming more times than not, ALWAYS thinking about all the places in the world that I would travel to someday. In my eyes, my future was up in the air and my pursuit of college was honestly all talk. Being a very average student, I never really believed that I was smart enough to go to college, I would just say so because It was the right thing to say and because I loved the "The Cosby Show" & "A Different World".

A destined encounter with my English Teacher Mrs. Kpodo (pronounced Podo) would totally alter my future. It was my Senior Year and I was motivated to get good grades to participate in the Senior Activities, so I would do anything to get bonus points. Mrs. Kpodo had challenged all of her students to apply to as many colleges as possible, and for every acceptance letter we would receive, she would give us 5 extra bonus points.  I was pumped about it, and the college fair was coming up soon, so I was committed to being there and filling out every college application possible.

My cousin, Uncle and I went to the college fair and got busy. We talked to every Campus Representative possible, even colleges we had never heard of, and we submitted our applications.  I left the college fair excited, thinking about all the bonus points I would score. Little did I know the priceless opportunities that this encounter would have on my life.

Two months before graduation, I had no clue what my plans were going to be after high school. I remember the day distinctly, when I drove home and raced into the kitchen like I always did, to get something to eat.  There was mail on the kitchen table and I browsed through it to discover a letter from a school that I couldn't even pronounce "Tuskegee University"....."what is this I thought" having forgotten all about the college fair.

To my surprise, when I tore open the envelope, a single piece of paper would read "Congratulations, You have been formally accepted to attend Tuskegee University for the Fall of 1995"..........OMG! I was accepted to a college. How could this be when I really didn’t plan properly?

Even to this day, tears well up in my eyes when I think about how my 12th Grade Teacher had set up her Senior Students for Success. That year, a great majority of our Senior Class went off to college as a product of her "bonus points" assignment! Wow...What a Bonus!!!

In 1994, I migrated to the south at the age of 17 to attend Tuskegee and Auburn University. I later graduated in 2000 with a degree in Management Information Systems and a Minor in Business Administration and Communications.

My passion for helping you stems from my experience as the lost network marketer with a big vision. See, like you, I had that “real world” experience of a J.O.B. (Just Over Broke) that consumed 80% of my life and left me with way too much month at the end of my money. Not to mention how miserable and unhappy I was, feeling like a lion trapped in a cage with claustrophobia, dying to escape the cubicle twilight zone.

My internship with BellSouth made me realize that I am not one for the corporate scene. I knew that once I finished my one year commitment that I would never return to Corporate America again.

For three years after college, I was ridiculed by my classmates and badgered by my parents to get a “real job”. To earn ends meet, I worked as a waitress at Red Lobster while working as a substitute teacher. I was convinced that I would be in control of my life and never be a prisoner to the cubicle world again. 

I had to bite the bullet and move back home to Los Angeles to live with my mom and my sister in their one bedroom apartment. Considering that my sister was already sleeping on the couch, I was forced to share the bed with my mom, feeling like a total failure with nothing to show for my expensive college education.

Determined to get out of debt, I spent that time at home paying off my debts. I promised myself that the minute that I paid my last bill, I would pack up my car and move back to the South. As promised, I paid off my $13,000 debt, thanks to my waitressing and substitute teaching gigs, and headed down south to start my life with my future husband.....

Burned out on my waitressing and substitute positions, I began looking into Real Estate. It didn’t take long for me to realize that there was big money in Real Estate so I spent the first six months walking on the heels of the Top Producers, eager to learn the secrets to Real Estate Success. Within one year, I was a Top Producer in my company, being ranked in the top 5, while dominating a whole zip code as the Realtor of choice.....

To my surprise, my six figure dream would come knocking at my door. I couldn’t believe that I could make in one month what others worked so hard for to earn in one year. In my mind, I had arrived and I thought that my days of poverty and struggle were long gone, and I would be able to bail my family out and give them a life they always dreamed of.....

Little did I know, things would change BIG TIME and I would fall farther than I’d ever fell before………. ....

When I first got started, and serious about Network Marketing, I was on the start of a failing Real Estate Career where I went from making Six Figures a Year, to not closing one deal for nearly six months. ....

Desperation would lead me to call those people that had once hounded me during a time when I was bringing in a lofty income, and humbly recant their proposal to join their network marketing business. I urgently needed to make money fast, and from the sounds of the business, Network Marketing would be the answer to my prayers.....

Immediately after I joined my company, I tested out our product first to see if it was all that they had pumped it up to be. Once I experienced its true value, I said okay, “I have to tell everyone about this!” I was so excited and I believed in my heart that everyone would see what I saw and join right away.....

I began hosting trainings, doing as many presentations a day as I could, one-on-one meetings in the coffee shop, lunch meetings with prospects (in which I was stupid enough to pay the bill thinking they would join, all to have salami on my face when they said they were not interested) and a host of presentations and trainings for my up-line. ....

It didn’t take long for me to get burned out, with running every second of the day, often in vein, realizing that I had no interest in working so hard for the few checks that I was earning. ....

I began begging my up line for help and “A Better Way!” But with replicated words, I was instructed to just keep doing what I was doing and I would soon become a Director with our company. This would pacify me for a moment, but…......
