Introducing female Pop/Rock, Singer/Songwriter, “Nikki Sjoberg”. Born in Calgary Alberta, and the daughter of Beverly Sjoberg, an amazing singer/songwriter, Nikki grew up with music in her blood, and the passion to entertain! Living the exciting life as the only child of a great musician, Nikki spent her childhood learning all about the music industry, and living life on the road, touring constantly with her mother and enrolling in over 23 different schools throughout the United States and Canada before her mother's untimely passing when Nikki was only 16 years old. Nikki then took those next steps and began to find her own “niche” and created the dynamic talent that she has become today.
Entertainment runs through Nikki’s veins as she comes from a long line of entertainers. Nikki’s grandmother, a professional model, and Nikki's grandfather, a professional wrestler, Lou Sjoberg. Lou Sjoberg spent years wrestling with the infamous, Stu Heart and went by the stage names, The Masked Destroyer” and “The German Assassin”. He was the original creator of the wrestling maneuver titled, “The Full Nelson.”
Nikki’s dynamic voice, energetic stage performance and love of music have not only gained her recognition for becoming the greatest up and coming Pop/Rock artist of 2010 but also a symbol of personal liberation and artistic freedom. Nikki is in the studio as we speak, with Sony Producer, Bruce “Automatic” Vanderveer recording her debut album to be released in 2010! Her new single will be released SOON! I look at all your faces trying to hide so many tears, unable to understand, what has happened to all of the years. Thinking about our yesterdays when our dreams were still in sight, now we hide within our memories while alone we say good night. Then in the morning you wake up by yourself just to open up your eyes and find, it's just another day you'll be waiting, in love's long and lonely line.
You see the sadness as it's all around you, just needing a smile from someone that is kind, this isn't the way it was suppose to be, nor what you were hoping through time to find. So you stand there in life's pouring rain, wishing the clouds would just wash away all of this pain, knowing if you don't soon find true love, you'll end up going insane. You look through all of the smiles while hoping to find a sign, so maybe these clouds will go away, and the sun will have a place to shine.

Hi Nikki! I hope you are having an awesome Weekend of fun and enjoying yourself over in Calgary! How cold is it over, because it is starting to freeze over here in York? Looks like it might be icy pathways Next Week, so better watch I don't slip on my ass, when I'm walking to Work and back! lol! Yesterday was my Nephew's Wedding! Had a great amount of fun and it was awesome to catch up, with the relations! My hair was a little long and messy, so I decided to change my hairstyle and spiked it with gel! Haven't done that in a while! lol! I was dressed up in my suit, with a blue shirt and Tie and had a carnation attached to my lapel! The only downer to the Wedding itself, was that I had to drive! It is the first time, I have toasted the happy couple, with H2O! Ha! Ha! In the evening my Parents wanted to go Home, so I dropped them off, left the car and managed to get a lift back, with my Niece! Then it was bring on the Alcohol, for the Night Do! Ha! Ha! It didn't take me long to catch up and I was soon hitting the dance floor, like a real party animal! ROAR!!! Infact at one time, I copied my Nephew and his Bestman and put a Tie around my Head, like a Bandana! I looked very stupid, but I didn't give a damm, as it was funny doing it, as I rocked away to the music! lol! It brought back memories of my Childhood! I also danced to Agnes's 'Release Me!' By eck! Did I move to that one! My Nephew's speech was funny and romantic! There was one time, when I look around and I could see the Bride, her Sister and my Niece, all crying at the same time! lol! It was very beautiful what he said though and I think he summed up Love perfectly! Hope everything is going well with you, with your music creation! I've felt un-inspired lately!
