Nicolette works as an artist manager, publicist, promoter in music and also in entertainment law/music industry contracts. She is a graduate from Nova Southeastern University School of Law in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida; She worked for the Legal & Business Affairs Department at Warner/Chappell Music Publishing in Los Angeles in the Spring of 2003 and recently with Norman Gillis & Associates, www.MusicRowLaw.com Ms. Fontaine is also an accomplished singer having studied voice at the University of Central Florida, and performed with the Palm Beach Opera Company at the Kravis Center for Performing Arts in West Palm Beach. She has studied voice with Conductor Maestro Gaudagno and Evangelina Colon and competed in the Miss Orlando, Winter Park, & UCF Pageants, part of the Miss America Pageant System having won a Talent Scholarship for Voice in 1997, and studied with Orlando Opera Director Robert Swedberg. Ms. Fontaine has coordinated informative seminars with industry professionals from 2002-2007 for various topics in the entertainment business. She was appointed as a Judge for talent in the Miss Broward County Pageant in 2004. Ms. Fontaine is an active member of the National Academy of Recording Arts & Sciences/Grammy Chapters, Sigma Alpha Iota International Music Fraternity, the American Bar Association, FL Bar Entertainment, Arts & Sports Law Sections and the FL Film Recording & Entertainment Council. Her objective is assist the artist towards achieving their goals in the music and entertainment industry, including but not limited to putting together agreements, demo shopping, marketing, negotiating to place your song in different mediums, connecting the artist with producers-songwriters for various projects and artist development. Its crucial that the artist is serious about perfecting their craft, and gaining knowledge about the business to succeed in this competitive industry.
