BIOGRAPHY:
Nicolas was born in May 25th of 1984 in Santiago de Chile. His interest for music began at early age, since his older brothers played electric guitar, drums and bass guitar, and his mother was a faithful follower of baroque and classic composers. This interest was developed with a toy keyboard, until at the age of 13 years old, Nicolás began to practice this instrument seriously when he met Rodrigo Guerra with who would begin to play music together creating the platform of what Delta is today. At the age of 16 years, Nicolás has the opportunity to be instructed by his mentor Jaime Vivanco (R.I.P.) with whom had lessons during two years until the unexpected death of Jaime. In as much, at the age of 17 years old, he began his first approaches to composition obtaining from there, the songs that would contemplate Delta's first studio album. Later, after the death of his mentor, he entered to study music to UNIACC University, a place where he knew many musicians who are in the top of the Chilean musical scene; among them is Christian Gálvez, who supported him to record the first album of Delta called "Apollyon is Free" during 2003. In 2004 he dedicated himself to compose the songs that would be in his first soloist album "Ecos Nocturnos/Nocturnal Echoes", which would be recorded during the first months of year 2005. During then, Nicolas, aside from following with his university studies, was composing the songs for Delta's second studio album "Black & Cold" and playing in different places throughout the year. Already in 2006, Nicolas was invited to participate in the Joshua Van Der Stam's soloist album, in addition he wrote the music for some short films and began the compositions for which it would be Delta's third album, in addition, he was invited to join the national band Ayperus. At the beginning of year 2007, Nicolas was invited to participate in the soloist album of the outstanding national guitar player Gabriel Hidalgo, called "Infragilis". Nicolás waits for his first soloist album to be released.

BIOGRAFIA:
Nicolás nace el 25 de Mayo de 1984 en la ciudad de Santiago de Chile. Su interes por la música comenzó a temprana edad, ya que sus hermanos mayores tocaban guitarra electrica, batería y bajo principalmente, y su madre es fiel seguidora de los compositores barrocos y clásicos. Así se gesta este interes, que junto con un teclado de juguete empieza a desarrollarse, hasta que a la edad de 13 años, Nicolás empieza a practicar seriamente el instrumento y conoce a Rodrigo Guerra con quien comenzaría a tocar para formar lo que hoy es Delta. A la edad de 16 años, Nicolás tiene la oportunidad de instruirse en el instrumento con su mentor Jaime Vivanco (R.I.P.) con quien tuvo clases hasta durante dos años hasta el repentino fallecimiento de Jaime. En tanto, a la edad de 17 años comienza los primeros acercamientos a la composición obteniendo de ahí, las composiciones que contemplarían el primer disco en estudio de Delta. Posteriormente, luego del fallecimiento de su mentor, entró a estudiar música a la Universidad UNIACC, lugar en donde conoció muchos músicos que se encuentran en la cima de la escena músical de Chile, entre ellos están Christian Gálvez, quien le dio su apoyo para grabar el primer disco de Delta llamado "Apollyon is Free" durante el año 2003. En el año 2004 se dedicó a componer los temas que estarían en su primer disco solista "Nocturnal Echoes/Ecos Nocturnos", los cuales serían grabados durante los primeros meses del año 2005. Durante el 2005, Nicolás, aparte de seguir con sus estudios universitarios, se encontraba componiendo los temas para el segundo disco en estudio de Delta llamado "Black & Cold" y tocando en diferentes escenarios a lo largo del año. Ya en 2006, Nicolás es invitado a participar en el disco solista de Joshua Van Der Stam, además musicalizó algunos cortometrajes y comenzaron las composiciones para lo que sería el tercer disco de Delta, ademas de ser invitado a participar en la banda nacional Ayperus. A comienzos del año 2007, Nicolás fue invitado a participar en el disco solista del mas que destacado guitarrista nacional Gabriel Hidalgo llamado "Infragilis". Se espera también que este año se lance su primer disco solista "Nocturnal Echoes".
