About me:
I dislike my jobs, but completely love some of the people I work around; they are my absolute best friends. I'm very much into music, photography, and poetry as a means of my artistic expression. I hope to one day add cinematography to that list. I love movies and books; my favorite genres are history, horror, fantasy, mystery, and science fiction. I dedicate myself to my passions and am always finding more in the complex world that we live in. I love philosophy and things that make me question and think. I believe that I talk far too often and for too long, but I feel like speech can never truly and accurately describe one's inner feelings in their entirety, so why not take a few extra swings at shaping up an idea so that it's more accurate? I like a few chick flicks and I'm not ashamed; anyone who knows me knows I can be a bit of a romantic. I'm not shy at work when meeting new people, but outside of work, I tend to tense in new company. I love people who speak their minds, but I love even more the people that speak their minds while showing respect and courtesy to those around them. There's no reason to be mean, but there's more than enough reason to speak your mind. I don't like people who force their views on people by taking their free speech too far. Be yourself and only yourself. You can show others some cool stuff along the way, but let them live their own life so they can grow passionate about something like you have. I live my life as Shane and no other. I believe I have many talents and am easy to talk to, but I'll have to wait and see where it all can get me in life.
