A Brief History of Nigel Six

Installment 1:
In the summer of 1993, Jon, Jake and Mike all took a Marine Biology course together in summer school in order to satisfy a natural science requirement quickly and with minimal pain. The teacher of this course had a keychain with a mysteriously silky white ball at the end, which would dangle out the side of his pocket. Jon, Jake and Mike referred to this enigmatic mini-sphere as the "ejacle ball". At the time, the three of us masturbated a combined 23 times per day, so I suppose it was natural for us to envision that this white keychain was made up of pure high grade ejaculation. In any event, we came up with a game, the object of which was to touch the "ejacle ball" as many times as possible without the teacher (who p.s., had a moustache) noticing. Whoever touched it the most, would win. Once Jon almost got caught and it was funny. I don't remember who ultimately won the game, but the point is that Jon, Jake and Mike decided to start a band together. After much deliberation, they decided the band would be called "Liquid Meat".
School year 1993: Jon, Jake and Mike decide it is time to find a guitarist for their project. They investigate a one David K. S. who skates well, never showers and allegedly plays the guitar. Dave agrees to experiment with Jon Jake and Mike (musically first, sexually later), provided they never take him seriously for the rest of their lives. Jon, Jake and Mike agree. Mike then realizes that he has a brother named Bruce. Even weirder, he realizes that they have been sharing the same bedroom for years. Moreover, they share this bedroom of their own volition as they have altered the second bedroom into a practice space. In addition, it turns out that Bruce is the greatest drummer in the world...ever. This all proves very convenient.
Jon, Jake, Mike, Bruce, and Dave convene at 63 Whitman Ave. Now they need to play a song. As it turns out, Jon and Jake wrote a song in 7th grade on a yamaha keyboard. It was intended to be a song of the highest caliber, one that would make hearts swoon and private parts moist, you know, in the vain of Weird Al Yankovic. It was entitled, "Idiots on TV." Hence the song was resurrected and became the first song of the band which would soon be known to the world as Nigel Six.
To be continued...
