Coming from the depth of the forests of Pennsylvania, three musicians united to create multi-cultural folk/black/pagan music, in which to call forth their heathen forefathers through nature. Nightfolk does not write, compose, or produce scriptured music. Everything is improvisational, no rehearsals.
What is heard is the recorded first take, the first take and that's it.
All folk music for SKOG was played and recorded in the dark forests of PA. As will be all other creations of NIGHTFOLK folk or otherwise. The members are many and random and our inspirations vast. We are all connected with our Blood and Pagan Past.
