Marek Erhardt, Bob Cruise and Stefan Grünwald, make up the team known as Nightwatchers. It soon became obvious that Marek’s characteristic voice would be almost perfect for the vocals. The advertising industry had already recognised the quality of his voice for themselves: Mercedes, Coca Cola and Kontor Records are just some of the numerous ads to feature Marek Erhardt’s voice. Marek has always had close ties with the music industry. The popular actor worked as a presenter among others for VH-1, Radio Energy 97.1 and for OK Radio (1992-1996) where he was also a DJ.
Marek Erhardt’s long-term friend Stefan Grünwald fits in perfectly with him and the project. Stefan Grünwald showed he had a feel for music in everyday business as an A&R man at Edel Club Tools. He has been an active DJ for over 10 years, produces the successful international dance project SM-Trax and runs the Clubland Records label.
The two found an ideal keyboarder/arranger in Bob Cruise, who can look back on a long career as a producer and shared the same enthusiasm about the "Nightwatchers" project as the others from the very start.
The "Nightwatchers" team poured their euphoria and vast experience into the production of "Insomnia".
