Nik and the Nice Guys are a high
energy rock and roll band featuring 11 multi-talented musicians/performers.
The group includes female singer/dancers (Les Femmes de Nik) and a horn section
(the Niktones).
Besides playing great mainstream rock and roll, the group conveys a touch of
Saturday Night Live craziness, while at the same time encouraging audience participation
and dancing.
And if you have a special theme for your event, we can help with the presentation.
Nik has performed shows wearing togas, Martian space outfits, white tux &
tails, pajamas, in-line skates, and even Flintstone cartoon costumes. What mood
can we create for you?
Nik and the Nice Guys' popularity stems, in part, from its role as houseband
on two early '90s TV shows: ESPN's The Lighter Side of Sports and NBC's syndicated
The Bob Uecker Sports Show.
Nice Guy performing credits also include numerous performance at Super Bowls,
Winter and Summer Olympics, Canada's Grey Cup Festival, special events hosted
by Disney World, Sports Illustrated, ESPN, Lee Jeans, Reebok, Apple Computer,
Chicago Blackhawks, Toronto Blue Jays, Time-Warner, and many more.
