You: Runners of all speeds! Come run, have fun and enjoy the sun!
What: Various runs and training workouts.
The schedule is:
July 15, Aug. 12, Sept. 23- San Vicente Median
July 22, Aug. 19, Sept. 30- 4th St. Stairs
July 29, Aug. 26- Beach Run
Aug. 5, Sept. 16- Palisades Park-to-Beach Run.
After each run, I will lead you through a mini bootcap workout and partner-assisted stretching. Free coaching and expert advice!
Where: Meet at the Corner of San Vicente Blvd. and Ocean Ave. in Palisades Park, Santa Monica. We'll run on the beach, San Vicente median, bike path, and park.
When: Every Sunday morning at 8:30 am.
Why: Because we all need a little motivation to get our butts in gear on Sundays!
How: With your own 2 feet!
