In the last few years he has been involved in many projects from writing scores for Spanish Theatre to recording on scores for TV documentaries and Radio (including Bafta Nominated BBC Documentary “The Power of Art). Niki has been involved with ARK Music as an Artist in Residence and a Young Musician Mentor, and been involved with many studio recordings and performances with numerous outfits around the world.
He has worked with Indian crossover producer Niraj Chag (with whom he was awarded Best Underground Act at the 2006 Asian Music Awards, London), the award winning Hip Hop ensemble Foreign Beggars, the Baraka Theatre Group, Marcia Escoffery, Karen David, Jennifer Crestol, Flutebox Champion Nathan Lee, Tabla maestros Yusuf Mahmoud and Hanif Khan, Songstress Claudia Georgette and many more.
He has been invited to perform at The WOMAD Festivals in Las Palmas (Spain) and Charlton Park (UK), Glastonbury Festival, The Queen Elizabeth Hall & the Royal Festival Hall Ballroom, BBC Studios Maida Vale Live, BBC Birmingham Mailbox Live, The BBC Electric Proms, The Shepard’s Bush Empire and more.
