Who I'd like to meet: Nikita Clothing was first exclusively available at a small skate and snowboard shop in Reykjavik, Iceland, called The Missing Link. Heida- one of the owners of the shop- knew that clothing should feel as good as it looked and should make a girl feel just as well, on the hill or in the city. Aside from the shop she was guiding snowboard trips in Iceland, and also had a pretty serious passion for design, style and fashion. Heida wanted something different, and from that came Nikita.
The first production was 40 fleeces. We sold them exclusively in The Missing Link and they were made in Iceland, on the country-side.
Today you can find Nikita Clothing in 30 different countries and you can find Nikita offices in 4 amazing cities: Reykjavik, Iceland; Hamburg, Germany; Hossigor, France and San Franciso, Ca. in the US.
Nikita Girls are shredding, traveling, checking out their local scenes, loving style, and enjoing being down with some of the most epic ladies out there: Natasza Zurek, Laura Hadar, Rosie, Keiko Yanisagawa, Darlene Conolly, Mimi Knoop, Christel Thorensen, Colleen Quigley, Lisa Filzmoser, Peppa, Izabelle Desjardins, Vera Janssen, Maribeth Swetkoff, Magalie Dubois, Rapahele Deguegny and many more.
Pending the new release "Melotonine" (release date coming soon), i decided to offer you a part of my best recent works in a free EP, "Cupboard Replacement", downloadable in all numeric formats with special graphic art works by Flint on Music AutOmatiK's Website :
