Nikki Blaine, a Midwestern native born with an anointed talent to design and construct beautiful garments.
Nikki received an Athletic Scholarship to attend Indiana Institute of Technology were she received several business degrees including her MBA. Still devoted to her passion, she continued working on her fashion designs and traveled from New York to the United Kingdom seeking inspiration for her design aesthetics.
January 2009, marked a historical moment for Nikki Blaine Couture by designing Inaugural evening gowns for Obama's Inauguration. In 2008, she won the Cultural Regalia Competition and in 2005, won the Indianapolis Black Expo Fashion Designer Competition. Outside of working with clients and organizations, she has a strong passion for giving back to the community by hosting and taking part in charity fashion shows and events. Her work has been seen on television, Indianapolis Business Journal, Pulse Magazine, Indianapolis Star, Indianapolis Recorder, Indy.com Magazine, and NUVO along with a host of fashion shows. Noted for costume designing for dance companies and award winning hair competitions.

For every creation, there is an image of a goddess emulated in her mind as she designs and constructs each garment into perfection. There isn’t a size preference, but there is one requirement. The client has to have ATTITUDE to bring the look to life!
