THE NIKKI O'NEILL BAND

The Nikki O’Neill Band is a soul-influenced rock band from Los Angeles featuring Nikki O’Neill (lead vocals, lead/rhythm guitar; Dave Eberlein (lead/rhythm guitar, backing vocals); Noah Wilson (bass, backing vocals) and Rich Lackowski (drums/percussion, backing vocals.)

The band fuses rock with r&b, soul, funk, gospel, reggae, and blues.

They released their self-titled EP in April of 2012.

One of the songs, the dub-meets-rock-meets-gospel “Higher Levels” started as an online collaboration with reggae icons Sly & Robbie.

All songs on the album feature guest keyboardist Ed Lyon (Cubensis, Electric Blue, Rum Runners) and their former bass player Joshua "Cartier" Cutsinger, who also co-wrote the songs and produced and recorded the EP at his Hollywood-based Hayloft Studios.

The Nikki O’Neill Band are also members of the original soul artist/musicians collective The Justice League Of Soul. They are currently writing songs for their next EP and will be performing in the Los Angeles area this spring.
