I am a true 80's rocker who loves heavy metal and hair bands!! Poison, Bret Michaels, Guns n' Roses (Velvet Revolver too), Motley Crue, Cinderella, Bon Jovi, Kiss, Skid Row, and this list could go on and on!!! When it comes to country, it's Toby all the way!!! My favorite singers include Rod Stewart and the King Of Rock N' Roll, Elvis Presley.
I would have to say that my favorite movie of all time would be The Green Mile. Some of my other favorites include A Few Good Men, Saving Private Ryan, Jarhead, We Were Soldiers, Walk The Line, It's A Wonderful Life, Titanic, The Replacements, Remember The Titans, The Crow, Edward Scissorhands, The Breakfast Club, Dirty Dancing, St. Elmo's Fire, Say Anything, and of course Elvis And Me!

I've only read one book in my life that would be worth mentioning, TOMMYLAND!!!
Heroes
Every one who has ever served our country!! And of course my Pappy Mike.....he will always be my hero!! My Pappy Mike and Grandma Lena together forever!!! The legacy that they have left my whole family will live on forever!!
I would also have to say that one of my other heroes is Mr. John Kridlo. It is because of him that I began working for our Veterans when I was 10 years old. Another one of our WWII heroes that has passed away.....I miss him very much and I am so grateful to him for everything that he taught me.
About me: I truly believe that there are five reasons why we live in a free country and they are the Air Force, the Army, the Coast Guard, the Marines and the Navy!! Because of them, I am one PROUD American!!!

This is Captain Speicher's stone in Arlington National Cemetery.....Captain Speicher is still missing in Iraq.
This is Keith and Carolyn Maupin, SSGT. Keith Matthew Maupin's parents. I know now that it is a blessing that they are in my life.....always keep them in your prayers.
Lighting the way....because love never loses its way home. Please watch the video above....in honor of SSGT Keith Matthew Maupin.
I've taken a lot of pictures over the years, but this will always be my favorite! The GREATEST thing in the world is a hug from SSGT. Tim Chambers, while his grandma looks on......and he is even smiling too!! You just gotta know him!! My Moto will always be this Marine!!
My friend, David Thibodeaux-USMC, has written one of best songs that I have ever heard!! It is titled "Not Ready To End The Fight".....please watch the video above, send David a message letting him know that you support him and better yet do what you can to get this song played on your radio stations!!!
