New project of singer/songwriter/guitarist Bjørn Nilsen, working with a dynamic line-up of top American and Norwegian musicians. “Vegas Wedding Nightmare” was the first NSH song to have a public release, as it was included on the TM magazine compilation “16 Truck Drivin’ Songs”, released in May 2008. The song got play listed right away by Radio Storebaelt in Denmark, and gave the band lots of positive feedback. A five-track mini album, simply called NSH was released by Rundbrenner Records in Norway October 20th, and by CdBaby in the US in November 2008. This album contains hot-wired versions of Dylan’s “Mr. Tambourine Man” and Lowell George’s “Dixie Chicken”, in addition to three brand new originals. NSH received great reviews by both national and international media, and lots of airplay. A full album was originally scheduled to be released early in May 2009, but is now delayed until early 2010, due to some serious health issues. In the meantime, a couple of new NSH tracks will appear on the Truckers Music Festival compilation CD.
