   About Nimomashtic
Nimomashtic are a band with a difference. Since 2006 and across two tours they have walked over 1200 miles playing 55 concerts in the process. Inspired by the old American folk hero ’Johnny Appleseed’, these intrepid musicians have planted many wildflowers and appleseeds alongside the paths that they they walked. Their footsteps and planting are intended as a symbol that only with man’s helping hand can an overwelming environmental crisis be avoided.

Born in the spring of 2004 out of a desire to make honest, passionate, captivating and insightful music, Nimomashtic draw from many different musical sources including folk, rock’n’roll, percussive grooves, swing and a’cappella music always underpinned by their own unique sound. The dynamic songs and unpredictable nature of the band make for a vibrant and uplifting live act that never fails to get an audience singing along.

A new double album ’Adventures in the art of song’ was completed late this summer and is available to purchase from www.walkyourtalk.org.uk. This third album see’s the band doing exactly what it says on the tin whilst still remaining quintessentially Nimomashtic!.

You can help the project by downloading tracks from the band website and making a donation through the link on site.
