Nine Foot Clearance began circa March 2007. In the beginning they were a 90's grunge rock cover band, playing hits from such bands as Pearl Jam, STP, Rage Against the Machine, Bush, Smashing Pumpkins etc. NFC has been pleased to perform at The Bunganut Pig (M'boro and Franklin), Bluesboro, Mellow Mushroom, The Boro, The End and The Forton's Halloween Party.
2008 brought about lots of changes for NFC. Our line up changed quite a few times but we continued to rock. We've worked with some talented musicians last year and even won a Battle of the Bands in Nashville. We've recently been in the studio to record a 4 song demo. Those songs can be heard here as well as our website below. The tracks can be purchased individually or on a full CD for $5 at one of our live shows.
