    Actually I thought the picture would garner even more chuckles if it looked extremely juvenile and thrown together. Therefore, I hired a random Blue Jackets fan to do it for me and paid them in jelly beans. This was much more thrilling to them than I'd anticipated...

    Went to the Jackets / Avalanche game tonight. It was tied 1-1 going into the third period, then 5 goals were scored in like a 3 1/2 minute period. The CBJ came out with the 4-3 win! It was the cat's balls.

    Things are great. Love living by the ocean. It makes for scenic rides. WOrking on the beach is nice. Most our office went surfing this morning. Very good start to the day.

    I wasn't curious. I was already well aware that a scorching 1-2 record is what passes as 'hot' for Columbus Blue Jacket fans the world over. And by "the world over", I am of course referring to those places in which hockey knowledge is seen the same way reading is: bothersome and unnecessary.

    It's probably better for your stress levels that you've become accustomed to mediocrity...
