The story thus far. After moving to Denton in 1997 i started a one man band called MonkeyTown. I released two albums on my own while living there MonkeyBlood & Departure. After coming back to Austin in 2001 i released three more albums independently Shut In, the Cubic Trilogy, and the Death of MonkeyTown. In 2005 Meandering Way released Anthems for a Numb Tomorrow. It's 2007 now and my good friends Rhett Hubertus and Michael Barnes have joined me as a three piece. We are currently recording material for our seventh album Still Life with MonkeyTown. i edited my life with a heavy unflinching hand

i like monkeytown. one of the few honest bands left on the planet. makes my heart pump harder, and that is wonderfull. it has been far to long to hear and see such fun fucked up crazy honest beeeeeelebub of love. DESTROY ALL MONSTERS!
