If you want more luck, take more chances. Be more active. Show up more often. When I thought I couldn't go on, I forced myself to keep going. My success is based on persistence, not luck. Luck is a dividend of sweat. The more you sweat, the luckier you get. When I work eighteen hours a day, seven days a week, I get lucky. The only thing that overcomes hard luck is hard work.
