   About Nintendomaster™

Greetings, everyone. This is Naramsin, but my stage name is Nintendomaster. I'm a 25-year-old Assyrian-American citizen, who was born in Chicago, Ill. and raised in Central California. I'm currently going to school at CSU Fresno to become a civil engineer. Whenever I'm not attending school, I work in a local civil engineering company as a land surveyor. Even though I had work experience in the field since 2001, I knew that would be my primary long-term goal to be successful in life. I've been known to become one of the most calmest, anger-less human beings. Therefore, I am against retaliations whatsoever. Even though I can be serious most of the time, I do have a sense of humor to add more excitement within our surroundings. I never smoke or drink, because I choose to live life to the fullest. I like to hang out with friends, play video games, drawing, eating, sleeping, surfing the internet, downloading all kinds of music on the daily basis, playing pool, bowling and playing the piano. I'm a very easy person to get along, because I can be very straight-forward and open-minded about anything. How this formula works is that if you grant me your generosity and respect, you will receive it back. As a super nice guy as I am, I will not appreciate anyone, who delivers any form of disrespectful. As far as my love life goes, I haven't created something beautiful just yet. In the meantime, I can still manage to enjoy life as a single guy. I guess that's all I can say for a short biography. I'm sure this paragraph will be updated, as soon as I can remember anything else of myself.

Obviously, I see music as a way to breathe with such relief. Just like women, music is very delicate and should be treated with such respect and admiration. Before I was a self-taught musician, I was an artist. Based from my childhood to my teenage years, I always enjoy drawing comic characters, such as Superman, Batman, Spiderman, etc. Art of any kind has a sense of expression. You can express yourself through your drawings, paintings, poetry, etc. What I love about music is that its such a "louder" way to express yourself. You can increase the volume level, in order for music to give such a punch to the heart. This is something I can never receive the effect from drawing or poetry. In addition, music can be a great stress-reliever. Who needs cigarettes when you can relax to your favorite tunes? In order to become a musician, I have to be a music fan first. During my childhood, I used to grab my parents' cassette player next to me while I would watch cartoons. My mother would tell me that I kept playing a lot of Persian and Assyrian songs from one cassette to another. I guess it kinda inspired me to grab the pots and pans from the kitchen and construct them into an adhesive drum kit. With my trusty wooden spoons, I knew I would cause such noise from the kitchen to my parents' room. When it comes to music, I tend to be extremely picky on which songs are going into my iPod Nano. As much as I respect all kinds of music, we all have our favorite kinds of music that we wanted to listen and sing along. As one man would say "Music is the universal language," which brings up to my musical influence named Yanni.

"Yanni (Yiannis Hrysomallis) was born on November 14, 1954 in Kalamata, Greece is a self-taught pianist, keyboardist, and composer with perfect pitch. Yanni left his homeland at the age of 18 to attend the University of Minnesota. After receiving a B.A. in psychology, he would instead seek a life in music though he had no formal training and could not read a note. After playing keyboards in local rock bands such as Chameleon, he moved to California in pursuit of movie soundtrack work. In 1987, he put together a small band which included long-time bandmate Charlie Adams, and John Tesh, and began touring to promote his earliest instrumental albums, Keys to Imagination, Out of Silence, and Chameleon Days. He later earned Grammy nominations for his 1992 album, Dare to Dream, and the 1993 follow-up, In My Time. His breakthrough success came with the release of Yanni Live at the Acropolis, a concert filmed on September 23, 1993 at the Herod Atticus Theater in Athens, Greece, deemed to be the second best-selling music video of all time. A composition from this release, "Acroyali/Standing in Motion" has been found to have the "Mozart Effect". Yanni has since performed live in concert before in excess of two million people in more than 20 countries around the world. His North American concert tours in 1995, 1998 and 2003-5 each finished in the Top 10 concert tours of the year. He has accumulated more than 35 platinum and gold albums globally, with sales totaling over 20 million copies. Considered to be one of the top fundraisers of all time for public television, he has appeared on several major PBS Pledge TV Specials such as A Decade Of Excellence, including segments from Live At The Acropolis, Tribute, and Live At Royal Albert Hall, London. Yanni's compositions have been included in all Olympic Games television broadcasts since 1988, and his music has been used extensively in television and televised sporting events. In 1997, he become one of the few performers allowed to perform at the Taj Mahal, India. His most recent live concert film, Yanni Live! The Concert Event, was released in 2006.

On May 06, 2004, the regents of the University of Minnesota conferred upon Yanni the honorary degree of Doctor of Humane Letters."

I guess it all started when I was about 9 years old. During the Christmas time, my father granted me a random gift. It was one of those old-schooled YAMAHA keyboards that had probably less than 25-keys. My father never pushed me into starting playing the piano - he thought it would be nice to just fool around with something new, besides my love for video games. In the beginning, I wasn't interested on the keyboard, because I didn't have any drive or motivation to fool around with it. After all, if you look at my entire family tree, we are not musicians. Why would I have to play with this keyboard, when being a musician isn't in my blood. Therefore, I continued to play with my beloved Nintendo Entertainment System (NES). In 1994, my father wanted to take a look what's on television. Yes, it was Yanni, who performed his out-of-this-world concert called "Live At The Acropolis." Performed in the historical 2,000-year-old Herod Atticus Theatre in Athen, Greece, I never seen or heard anything like this in my entire life. It was the first time I ever knew who was Yanni, and I'm glad I did. In result, I would grab my dusty-old YAMAHA keyboard and try to imitate him from the television. I've never hear such creativity with music. With such epic, emotional music that this man created, I thought he was immortal. Even to this day, his "Live At The Acropolis" concert album is one of my Top 3 favorite Yanni albums ever! If you never heard of Yanni or his music, I strongly suggest you goggle or youtube him. God bless this man for given me such love for music. Yanni taught me to love music, as if it was my soul mate. Honestly, if it wasn't for Yanni, then I wouldn't even make this Myspace Music page - to show off my true talent - to feed those hungry ears in this world.

After I knew who Yanni was, I discovered my drive, motivation and talent to actually compose. The thing about being musician is there are a lot of trial-and-error, in order to perfect your own sound. As soon as I've self-taught myself on how to compose "Mary Hand a Little Lamb" at age nine, I knew I can begin to play music by ear. During my teenage years, I've composed popular songs, such as video game themes, children songs, television themes, etc. I never actually knew how to compose my own songs, until I was nineteen years old. I discovered a music-making computer software called "Fruity Loops." In 2001, I was making my own compositions without copying other musicians' work. Its been such a blessing that I have a strong skill to express myself. As I've started to make my own music, I've received very harsh reviews from heaily-experienced producers/musicians. I valued their tips and took them into consideration. As years gone by, I've improved so much by valuing my time to actually learn how to use this computer program to make music. In addition, I've gained so much knowledge about being a music enthusiast - a way to appreciate a lot for music in all genres. As a teenager, I was only favored to one genre, that's it. I never really had an open-mind to listen to different kinds of genres. Thanks to the butt-kicking from Life, I understood and respected music in general. No matter what kind of music we do listen to (including vocals), its the music that shares the same language. Music is the absolute, universal language in the world.

As for what's next for the future, I'm eager to work with different musicians and artists with different styles. Don't hesitate to send me a message or comment about collaborating. Since I love music, I wanted to 'share the wealth.' And no, I do not charge my instrumentals, because I already have a career that provided me income. Overall, making music is just a hobby - the most blessful hobby that God has ever gave me. I do try to respond to every comment or message I receive, so you shouldn't think that I'm some 'big shot' producer, who never responds to you. As for the fans, I admire their support onto my music. As long as you support my music, you will always be in my heart. Whether you added my banner or song onto your page, I do appreciate those things. If I'm not expecting money from artists, who want my beats, then what do I expect? Its very simple - I want respect for my work. I've been doing this for seven years in the year 2008, so I've covered the basis into making beautiful music for your lovely ears. When it comes to improving my chops, I don't need to be pressured whatsoever, because music should be treated with respect. So if I wanted to reach into the next level, then its a decision that I desire to do rather than people 'expecting' me to do. Before as a musician, I am a music fan first. Therefore, you have to be passionate about the field, in order to train yourself to it. As for the 'haters,' its no surprise that I do receive quite a few throughout my years. The more 'haters,' the better. They are just one of my motivations to keep making music. If you like to know me more as a musician or a human being, don't hesitate to contact me. I'm an extremely, open-minded man without the mood swings. God bless you all and remember that music should be treated with kind, because it truly is the most universal language in the world.
