Ariel Franjul and Henry Tejada better known as Nitro & Fanta where both born in the Dominican Republic yet raised in the Bronx, NY. They both attended the same High School where they met and became freestyle battle rappers, battling in the school lunch room against other students and each other. After Fanta's break up with a group he was part of, they thought maybe they could be a duo and that could really make it happen in the business, and so Nitro & Fanta "El Duo Extraordinario" was born.

For 6 years they struggle making contacts and making music, and of course always battling any contenders that stepped up to battle them. Soon they made the right contact when they got together with Baby Psycho from (LDA) who introduce them to their first show together and other underground groups that will soon start a chain of contacts that led to DJ Al Money, one of the biggest Mixtape DJ in New York City. Shorty after joining forces with GM Music & the original beats from Romy, one of the most promising producers in New York, gave the push to Nitro y Fanta and place them in the NYC streets spot light as a new and a powerful duo.
After a few years and a hot single playing in most of the Mixtapes in New York City, The GM Music Family was born. Thanks to the success and the quick buzz, Nitro & Fanta head out on a USA Tour, with alarming success in the biggest venues out there. With over 100 live shows and a official Mixtape out on the streets Nitro Y Fanta are now a force to be reckoned with. Their raw talent and their great ability to write the hottest lyrics ever heard in an underground group, Nitro y Fanta caught the attention of one of the biggest Rock bands in Asia and Japan (Pop-Shuvit). With over 8 1 singles in Europe. Pop-Shuvit collaborated with Nitro y Fanta for their first Reggaeton track; a mix of Reggaeton and Rock. After a short tour in Europe, the track title "Rockera" was a 1 Single in Asia and Japan for some time, securing a promising future for the new found Reggaeton/Spanish Hip Hop sensation.
