Ian Stephenson recorded these samples for me a few months ago and I'm very happy with them. Tey were recorded using a pair of quite cheap Neumann copies, one pointing towards the soundboard, the other towards the fingerboard.
If you contact me via the website, I can forward you a current price list. Find me at:

As per the comment below. One day... one day... when my playing deserves it. Meanwhile, thanks for the add. Will there be a Cheltenham Show this year and will you be there? Cheers, Dale

Hi Nigel I went to B&Q and bought all the necessary materials after watching your videos on You Tube. I thought I would start making a replica 0018 circa 1949. Having bought all the necessary equipment from Machine Mart and fitted my workshop out (my spare bedroom actually) I find that the end result is somewhat lacking in tone and stability. Have you any further tips?. As I speak I have just noticed the soundboard is curling up on my 0018, I have used 3mm MDF, should I have used 5mm?. Yours in earnest
Hi Nigel, Glad to see you back from the States safe and sound. Many thanks for adding me to your friends. Your guitars are special, look forward to ordering another before long. Julian.
Forgot 2 say how much I enjoyed playing your guitar up at The studio in Airdrie. You've probably seen it on you tube......they're on me myspace if you want to check them out.
This comment is going out to everyone today to ask you to wish us luck here at South By Southwest. This one's really important for us and your support means a lot to us.
Oh, and if you happen to be here in Austin, come see us play!
hi nigel.
just got myself a new magnetic fishman rare earth pickup... not quite as goo as the baggs and more noisy, but putting it through a sansamp preamp/mic modeller and blending with my new NT5 on this "H-clamp" mic stand attachment -sounds brilliant, and i can get rid of the undersaddle thing and recover that last 2% of tone! Now i've got to try it live and see if the feedback is a problem at all, we'll see... did you hear i was in a car crash? my head a bit broken -i'm not such a know-it-all now! give me a call tomorrow if you're around I need your advice again. The model C is getting better all the time.
Cheers for the add, been looking for a quality british guitar manufacturer. Let me know if you need any help with promotion down here in London, as i gig a lot.
