We work with the life-force energy, the energy that is responsible for all healing. "Different from many other massage therapy schools, NMSNT undertakes a holistic approach to the healing arts.
******The Experience******
Our program is an intense and rewarding experience. Along with developing academic and palpation skills, our students inevitably experience tremendous personal growth. The therapies introduced are continually being practiced in the classroom; hence students are receiving several treatments per week. This intensive application may create an environment for an expression of nature's healing crisis.
Some of these crises will be easy; other deeper transitions may be more difficult. The crisis is nature's primary method of healing & rehabilitation and is always constructive.
We seek to provide a supportive, loving atmosphere in which these health changes are encouraged. Trust and understanding among students, most of whom are going through similar changes, make for one means of support; the instructors are also available for additional aid and counseling. Although students may experience rapid personal changes, our purpose is primarily educational. Therefore, class attendance and participation are extremely important.

Our mission is to honor and practice the principles of Natural Therapeutics, to empower our students through a comprehensive training in physical and energetic bodywork modalities, to graduate highly skilled and compassionate practitioners who will assist others in transformational healing, and to harmonize with each other and within ourselves, thereby inviting the highest evolution for all.
******Certification******
Upon successful completion of our course, students receive a certificate of graduation as a Natural Therapeutic Specialist - NTS. Our graduates are eligible to take the licensing exam in New Mexico and in most other states. All necessary information regarding licensing in New Mexico will be taught in our business classes as will be given information for other states of interested. As more and more states are developing new licensing laws, we recommend you contact your state AMTA chapter, your county clerk, or our administrator for information on your home state licensing requirements.
