We know you love stories. OK, that is a no-brainer. You wouldn't be on our friends list if you didn't! Right? :)
Well, guess what? We are about to celebrate one year of producing Activated Stories online and we are excited! And you can help us party!
You are invited to leave your comments and reviews at iTunes, dig it at Digg.com or call our new voice mail line 206-350-5016 and we just might play your comments on an upcoming episode. And be sure to add yourself to our new frapper map for friends and
audience members.
"Thoroughly Entertaining" says Starcom on iTunes "The performed stories are excellent and the production is first rate. It's fun, lighthearted, and addicting for the whole family."
By the way, even though it is called a podcast, you don't need an iPod to listen. You can listen on your computer for free.
Each episode is about 15-20 minutes long.
Also we'll be "act!vating" summer reading programs at libraries all across the midwest and east coast this summer - hope one of them is near you!
Happy Listening,
Dennis, Kimberly and Zephyr Goza
The Act!vated Storytellers are currently in Panora, Iowa

It’s here! Today is NBTBAM Day. Alfred Kropp – The Seal of Solomon is officially on sale.
Yancey has announced that if you read the book and post a short review of it in my comments on MySpace describing your favorite part; you will be entered in a random drawing. Three winners will be selected and will receive their choice of the Alfred Kropp Seal of Solomon t-shirt (there is a picture of it on my page) or a signed copy of Alfred Kropp-The Seal of Solomon. All reviews must be posted by June 10, 2007.

We have finished putting together our new multicultural show and are about to get serious about production for "Shakespeare Shazam!". Zephyr (our 16 year old son) is excited because he designed the set for the teens room (the set takes up a page of our giant oversized portable book) and he gets to play his electric guitar in the show (might even get to use his fog machine). Mom is going to have fun sewing the challenging costumes (in an RV at some campground non-the-less) and Dad is still polishing and typing the script (luckily Shakespeare did a good portion of it 400 years ago). We'll be debuting the Shakespeare show at a middle school in Florida Feb. 17th. Right after we stop in New Orleans to help Habitat for Humanity rebuild houses.
We'll also be picking up a "boarder" in New Orleans. Zephyr's adopted big sis Ellie is flying in from San Diego to tour with us through April. Should be fun squeezing another person in to our 20' motorhome!
Oh and we all get to yield a sword and fight each other in the Shakespeare show - great family fun! So don't mind us if you see us sword fighting somewhere along the highway between New Mexico and Florida.
Our summer tour to libraries is filling in quite compactly but we do have availability in Spring and Fall. Take a gander at our touring schedule to see if we have any shows near you!
