NOBA is the small slice of Oak Cliff just North of Bishop Arts. Consider NOBA the younger, edgier, coming-of-age sibling of that tired old bitch, the Bishop Arts District. No hard feelings of course, but NOBA residents and business owners can proudly say there is not one antique store or formulaic gift shop within its boundaries ;-)

NOBA offers residents a variety of unique living spaces along Bishop Ave and the surrounding streets, and attractions currently include Alley Oops and the Beckley Brewhouse at the intersection of Beckley and Zang.
