"Nobuko was born and raised in the Kansai area of Japan. ..Witch is the area around Osaka. ..There must be something in the water there, ..cause it seems to culture people with no boarders on art. She moved to Tokyo to study art, and has since moved to NYC. ..We here at music related think she's a great unique talent, ..and continues the kansai's area history of pushing left field pop and ..experimentation forward.
