Sounds Like
The Vagabonds sounds like two people in a kitchen pouring over a hot stove to make a fine finger lickin' feast while simultaneously swingin' from a chandelier and soberly, at times, discussing the joys and sorrows of life over several bottles of wine or shots of whiskey & vodka. Sticky, hot, sweet, calm, tranquil, vibratin' duo of guitar and sax with harmonies and a "hot time in the ol' town" approach to a great night out. People tell us we do something good for their soul every time they see us. That's all we can hope for. Jersey Julie and Mike Greene are The Vagabonds and whoever joins us on the stage is part of the clan. The Original and Beating Heart of The Vagabonds, Mr. Snave, will be back around soon, and maybe the duo will be a trio or more or "Anyway the Wind Blows". It's a story, long and winding and there will never be the day when you've heard it all.

Hi, Julie! Are you in Briancon on july 14? You could play the sax part on our "Let love rule" cover (Lenny Kravitz) during our concert. It would be amazing..
Hey J.J. You look busy there in Europe. Yep Garys right I had two weekly gigs get cancelled in the fall..still havent recovered in that area..good thing only part time here for me
STAY THERE! Scene here is getting worse - economy doesn't help at all, but everyone is stumbling over each other to play in shitholes......i've been tempted to go play in Europe for a while ....one of my buds went to England and loves it... either that or south america (where my folks are from)
hey julie & mike! how's a-goin'? was great meeting you in Fideris and an honor to open the show for you. my dad's really enjoying your cd :)! see you soon, simon
Hi, sweetie. Got your msg. Happy belated birthday! Sorry I could not celebrate with you. I'm still up in Georgia, so I'll miss ya before you head back to Europe. All the best!!
I wanted to stop by and say hello my friend....I hope everything is well w/ you...we should get together and have a beer sometime ..talk to you soon ....phil
The complicating factor is that I'll be touring with Little Victor (second guitar/harmonica/foot percussion). We play May 19-20 in Ensisheim, not far from Basel. Victor is planning the tour, trying to get dates for May 21-31. If you know of any way we could all hook up and make it sufficiently lucrative for all of us, contact him. (He's on my MySpace friends.)
I'll be in Paris on March 6-7, then on to Czech republic and Vienna. In May I've got some gigs in northern France and Benelux, looking for more for May 21-31. Maybe a tour in July, but it looks like Germany so far. Hope to see you on the road somewhere!
Good to hear you'll probably be coming to Holland with Mike. I understand your back in the states now? I prefer summer, and now I have to wear shoes ... Know You have a place to stay!
