Noego Project, an italian Multimedia Factory in loving with Futurejazz and Brokenbeat!
We are in effort in Djset, Vjset, Audiovisualworks and in Jazzrevoler, a Quintet Liveband that cross Jazz with Elettronica.
COncept
Noego was born in 2002 in the suburbs of a small North-Italian town called Vercelli. Noego is a collectiveness of music and visuals divided into DJ's, VJ's, musicians, designers, illustrators, photographers and video makers. As Noego consists of different talents in music and arts, it acts as a platform that provides the possibility for the Noego individual to compare himself with other Noego artists and at the same time fuse inspiration, ideas and skills with them. Noego is a creation and presentation, an ambitious project that can be described as a new dynamic reality located in the experimentation of multimedia and computerisation. The ideas and feelings of Noego are rooted in the artistic and avant-garde soil of ana lysing, describing and reflecting various cultural and social environments. Noego produces visual and sound performances where the movements of the visuals are linked to the waves of the music; where the Noego individuals' inner thoughts & thinking are linked with the sounds and images culminating to a separate entity with Noego identity; where the synchrony of these harmonic accents and video sequences bring the participant and the user together to share an unique emotion. Visually Noego creates a link between HiTek and Retro Lounge by fusing 3D animations, photography and illustrations with the images of classic cinema, and aims to express and present difficult and cult-delicate arguments through a critical frame of mind. Noego Band live musical presentation is an electronic interpretation of Futurejazz and NuFunk, expressed through and with Lounge, Broken Beats and Down Tempo. Noego Band's offering is filtered through the mind of Deniz: who provide the grooves with laptop, drum machines and samplers for: Marcello Testa and Claudio Guida (both Professors in Music Academies in Italy) to add on the harmonies of real bass, contrabass and saxophone, Luigi Ranghino, master in piano and rhodes jazz moods. Other Noego artists both inclusively or exclusively, include Maks (VJ:ing & arts), Tosses (Turntable and Engineering Doctor), Dario (VJ/web responsible), Fricio (percussions), Andre & Teo (Photo & arts), C_Zar (DJ:ing & Tracker), Stefano (Go:go dancer).
E’ imminente la pubblicazione della prima compilation esaustiva sul funk italiano. Curata da Ernesto De Pascale e da Bobby Soul (Funkinitalia) per la Cramps Music la doppia raccolta uscirà il 27 Novembre. Comprenderà una parte antologica e una parte manifesto della scena contemporanea. Grandissimi nomi inclusi da Pino Daniele a Loredana Bertè ad Elio e le Storie Tese fra tantissimi altri. Verrà presentata al prossimo MEI Meeting delle Etichette Indipendenti di Faenza Sabato 28 alle ore 21. E dal Lunedì’ successivo sarà distribuita nei negozi e on-line. Just Music Makers è un progetto nato per dare spazio a tutte quelle forme di musica elettronica che non si trovano a loro agio con la dicotomia imperante che impone il "fai ballare o muori" oppure "metti tappezzeria da aperitivo". La formula prevede tre LIVE SET da 45 minuti ciascuno in cui ogni artista invitato ha piena libertà di mostrare il proprio universo sonoro ed emotivo. Ballo o ascolto, allegria o paranoia, ritmo o melodia, tutto ha uguale dignità sul palco di Just Music Makers. Da Novembre Just Music Makers debutta a sPAZIO211, dimora sempre aperta ad ospitare sia artisti vip sia ambiziosi sconosciuti.
La line up include uno dei nostri artisti preferiti: Annie Hall, da Madrid, sarà l’headliner della serata con la sua electro melodica di matrice detroitiana, reinterpretata con un’estetica moderna e una spiccata sensibilità. Sarà sul palco anche Vaghe Stelle, che presenta il suo live fatto di groove alieni e obliqui; io e xluve completiamo infine la line up con il nostro suono deep techno/electro.
Tutti gli artisti suoneranno live set, aspettatevi un viaggio attraverso suoni che non si sentono spesso in giro.

Per celebrare l’evento musica senza mezzi termini solo ed esclusivamente funk, latin, afro, disco con Da Funky V (FunkInMilano) e Sugahwings. Non solo una celebrazione del meglio della musica Nera del passato, quindi, ma anche un orecchio attento alle evoluzioni della Musica “Soulful” Moderna! Assonanze di basso, identici riff di batteria, chitarre ritmiche, giri di piano nella stessa tonalità, voci gemelle di dischi differenti, che si rincorrono sul mixer e nella testa…tutto questo, un disco dopo l’altro, per ore ed ore, fino a che le gambe di chi è in pista non iniziano a tremare di stanchezza.
