Nog Pon Jami was an Alternative Rock band from Port Arthur, Texas.
The band was formed during the summer of 1990 with original members Kenneth Angelle, Bryan Breaux, Kevin Brown and Madison Monroe recording original songs in Kenneth's garage.
These recordings have a sense of magic.. very raw and great... yet, were never released... but may be soon!
Kent Bryant then joined the band in the summer of 1993 when the band began to self-record their first release, Nog Pon JamiNog Pon Jami (Self-Titled E.P.)... which also may be re-released soon!
Throughout the next few years, the band would go on to record much more music in their downtown Port Arthur studio, The Home Laundry.

Mark Gilmore replaced Kent.
Nog Pon JamiPlastic Jewels was released in 1996.
Plastic Jewels was Produced, Recorded and Engineered by Nog Pon Jami at The Home Laundry in Port Arthur, Texas.
Plastic Jewels was Mixed and Mastered by Steve Ames and Nog Pon Jami at Rivendell Recorders in Houston, Texas.
Kenneth and Mark bowed out of the band.
Bryan, Kevin and Madison relocated to Austin, Texas .
Audie Armentor filled in on bass for a few gigs.
Devin Weber joined the band to be the permanent bass player.
The band would go on to record more songs in their home studio, Elysian Fields, in Austin, Texas.
The Elysian Fields recordings were never released... but may be soon!
In 1997 the band fell apart.
On December 25, 1999, the original five members of the band reunited for a performance on Pleasure Island in Port Arthur, Texas.
