No Historical Backspin / Deutsch
Aufgrund der nicht abreißenden und schon seit Jahren existenten
Gewalt gegen ausländische Mitbürger hat sich im Jahre 2000
Monika Kruse dazu entschlossen, die Initiative "No Historical Backspin" zu
starten um ein Zeichen gegen rassistische und intoleranten Strömungen
zu setzen. Viele DJs und Produzenten schlossen sich dem Aufruf und
der Initiative an und wollen damit ihrer Vorbildfunktion für
Jugendliche gerecht werden. Die Initiative ist zugleich ein klares
"NEIN" gegen die pauschale und eindimensionale Einstufung der
Techno-, House- und Clubszene als Spaßgeneration. Die gesamten
Einnahmen wurden bisher an die Amadeu-Antonio-Stiftung (Schirmherr
Bundestagsvizepräsident Wolfgang Thierse) gespendet: 60.000 €
kamen bisher zusammen. Bis jetzt spielten über 100 namhafte DJs bei
den Parties:

Das Partykonzept
Alle DJs legen umsonst auf. Die Clubs spenden den gesamten Eintritt und alle anderen Mitarbeiter arbeiten ehrenamtlich und unentgeltlich.
Die gesamten Einnahmen werden an die Amadeu-Antonio-Stiftung gespendet.
An dem Abend selber wird ein Infostand auf die Arbeit der Amadeu Antonio Stiftung informieren, Sticker , Dias und Plakate werden auf das Thema aufmerksam machen.
Seither konnte durch diese Aktion 60.000,- € an die Stiftung gespendet werden.

Because of the not ending and already for years existing violence against foreign fellow citizens, Monika Kruse has decided in the year 2000 to start the initiative "No Historical Backspin", to state a sign against racism and intolerant trends.
Many djs and producers followed the call and the initiative. They want to came up to their function as model for the youth.
The initiative is at the same time a clear "NO" against the general and onedimensional classification of the techno-, house- and clubscene.
The complete income was donated to the foundation-Amadeu-Antonio(Wolfgang Thierse, vizepresident of the german "Bundestag", is the patron), 60.000,- € at this time.

The complete income is donated to the
Amadeu-Antonio-foundation
At the same evening a infostand informs about the work of Amadeu-Antonio -foundation. Sticker, slideshows and posters draw the attention to the topic.
Until now 60.000,- € could be donated to the foundation through this campaign.
