No Hope No Fear Tattoo Art Studio was opened in February 2007. It is a semi-private studio devoted to creating one of a kind, custom tattoo art featuring the art of James Kern and Rachel Gilbert.
We work mostly by appointment, but are generally open from Noon(or so) until 7pm- Tuesday through Saturday. We are located at 2923 SE Division st.
