Noise Auction spawned from the energy surrounding Columbus, Ohio in May of 2004. Five musicians came together with the purpose to create a sound that would resonate throughout the ears of all that came to listen. Striving to rise to the top, this band stuck to their guns and to their roots and created a new sound for rock. Proud of being a rock band while others followed trends, Noise Auction has become a powerhouse on stage.
The energetic live show will turn even the non-believer into a rock fan. NA has lit up crowds in cities all over the midwest. They have secured airplay in cities all over the country while on the road. Along their stops, Noise Auction has opened for - Sevendust, Orgy, Godhead, System of A Down, Dry Kill logic, Rev Theory, Mars Volta, Magni Fi, Flaw, Five Bolt Main, NonPoint, Bobaflex, HedPe, Hinder, and others.
In 2005 Noise Auction came in second out of thousands of bands from all around the world in the isound competition for new unsigned talent. 2006, Noise Auction finished their second CD "A Stitch in TIme" at John Schwab Recording Studios. Joe Viers who did the "Apologize for Nothing" album for Boba Flex. (TVT national recording artists), engineered and co-produced the album. While shopping, touring and promoting "Stitch" Noise Auction has been gathering material through all of their past experiences, professional and personal to gear up for their third CD to be released in 2009.
