I first began an experiment in noise sometime after the start of the new millenium with a project named Are Slacquer, which consisted mostly of single-take distorted bass exercises as fueled by rage and/or alcohol. I received a little positive feedback, but other than a few neat moments, it really deserved to be shelved quite quickly, so it was. Now that I have begun collecting bizarre effect pedals, and have an active rock n' roll band to exert such basic tendencies elsewhere, I can begin anew this more bizarre side of my musical excursions. The Wold and The Whale began, nearly accidentally, at 1am on March 17th, 2008 and continues forth whenever I feel the urge.
