I listen to it all, as long as its unique and creative. I'd say my roots lie deep in old school metal like Iron Maiden and Dio, but that doesn't stop me from listening and loving every other genre and era of music.
Movies
Mad movie obsession. I have too many, probably 500 or so...
Huge collection huh? Thats only the dvds...
Back to the Future, Tombstone, The Replacements, Fight Club, Unforgiven, The Money Pit, The Good, the Bad and the Ugly, Transformers, Dirty Harry, Die Hard, Minority Report, The Last of the Mohicans, Dances With Wolves, A River Runs Through It, Legends of the Fall, Last Samurai, Blade Runner, Amistad
That's just the tip of the iceberge of my favorites.
Television
If I catch a show, its generally on DVD because its too difficult to watch a show when it airs, I'm usually too busy to get home for a show. Not big on tv shows though. About the only show I follow anymore is Doctor Who.
Books
Love classic literature, and some fantasy and science fiction.
Edgar Allen Poe, Charles Dickens, Ray Bradbury, Jules Verne, HG Wells, Robert Louis Stevenson, Alexandre Dumas, William Gibson, Michael Moorcock, Robert E Howard, Rudyard Kipling, Sir Arthur Conan Doyle, Mark Twain, Miguel de Cervantes, Johann Wolfgang von Goethe, Bram Stoker, JRR Tolkien, Washington Irving, Hans Christian Anderson, L Frank Baum, Agatha Christie, Fitzgerald... Besides these, I'm also big fan of mythology collections, particularly Norse and Celtic.
Heroes
Alice Cooper, Clint Eastwood, Keith Richards, St Francis of Assisi, Vincent Price, St Luke, Elvis

I studied Japanese for two years, and took quite a bit of computer related courses and art classes. Wish I took guitar back then, would have been nice to have x more years of practise behind me :D
I play Bass and Guitar, and a little keyboards. I do a lot of home recordings. Love to meet other like minded people. My preference of music is wide, and enjoy incorperating anything.
About me: I'm an artist at heart, painting and sketching are two of my favorite activities. Recently I had an art show, I plan to have many more. I'm also working on a self-published comic book, hoping to possibly be picked up by an independent comic company.
Music is a big part of my life, I love to play bass and guitar. I sometimes play piano and my ukulele, I'd play piano more if I actually owned one to practice on. My favorite instrument I own is my acoustic bass, its so much fun to jam with people.
I'm also going to school on and off. I would like to eventually get a teaching degree. I already have two degrees, one in web design, the other in graphic arts; but life has changed directions on me. I love to study languages, I took three years of Japanese, a year and a half of Latin, and now I am studying Spanish. My instructor wants me to be a certified translator because of my avid desire to learn. We'll see about that.
That's me, as simply as I can explain. I'm low key, love to hang out with friends and laugh.
"A human being should be able to change a diaper, plan an invasion, butcher a hog, conn a ship, design a building, write a sonnet, balance accounts, build a wall, set a bone, comfort the dying, take orders, give orders, cooperate, act alone, solve equations, analyze a new problem, pitch manure, program a computer, cook a tasty meal, fight efficiently, die gallantly. Specialization is for insects." - -Robert A. Heinlein
Alice: But I don't want to go among mad people. The Cat: Oh, you can't help that. We're all mad here. I'm mad. You're mad. Alice: How do you know I'm mad? The Cat: You must be. Or you wouldn't have come here.

Who I'd like to meet: I like unique individuals who like to fuel creativity. Everyone should have an outlet for creativity. I'd like to meet people interested in art and music. I also like people with diverse interests, its good to be surrounded by new things. I also enjoy chatting with fellow readers, it seems that the written word is a lost art. If that sounds like you, I'd love to meet a new friend.
It took place in 1938-ish. It starts with a murder. The widow arrives. Treachery is uncovered. A rag-tag group has to face insurmountable odds to beat the big mean businessman. The widow and the hansom drover fall in love. WWII happens, all sorts of stuff gets blown up. Happy ending. It was really long, but worth it. :D
The Glorious Cyborgiraffe is gracing the front of my fridge it is amazing. i am going to load him into my computer and attempt to color him properly. it should end poorly.
Cheer up rainy face. Just hope that the person who hit your car will die a slow painful death. Preferably in a burning car. By the way I turned in my two weeks at the Heart.
