Presentamos Nomadsteps- Es un esfuerzo de colaboración (hasta el momento con poco financiamiento) Somos 2 b-girls que formamos nuestro primer crew Slickchix en el año 2000 y desde ese día hemos representado a varios crews juntos e individualmente incluyendo UK crews Random Aspekts, Outbreak, Foundationz Cru, SIN Cru & Flowzaic...Nuestro amor por el baile, b-boy, se traduce como un amor por la música, y todos los elementos del hip hop, con respeto a toda la gente que contribuye. Hemos tenido algunas oportunidades de viajar a battling y bailar en varios países , hemos conocido algo de la cultura hip hop universal desde Berlín a Sydney, encontrando y grabando mucha gente activa y creativa ...Durante estos años hemos trabajado en demostraciones y documentales, cuando no estamos en battling o trabajando en proyectos que han promovido el intercambio de conocimiento y cultura, el progreso y el potencial del hip hop como herramienta, voz , plataforma y fuerza de las mujeres en el hip hop entre otras cosas...Pues ahora una combinación de curiosidad cultural junto con la gran presencia de la escena en myspace han marcado a Sudamérica como el destino. Estamos trabajando y preparándonos para viajar y grabar, y ver el movimiento que hay por allá, juntarnos con b-boys, las comunidades... y compartir lo que capturamos cuando volvamos...Intentaremos producir un documental/video de cualquier manera, con el contenido desarrollado durante todo el viaje...veamos qué sucede, Paz.

Presenting nomadsteps- a collaborative effort (with currently limited funding!!). We're 2 b-girls who formed our first crew, Slickchix, in 2000 and have since repped with various crews, together and individually, inculding UK crews Random Aspekts, SIN Cru, Outbreak, Foundationz Cru & Flowzaic...Our love for b-boying translates as a love for the music, and all the elements of hip hop - with respect to all the people who contribute! We've had some opportunities to travel, battling and throwing down in various countries, and have experienced some of the hip hop culture worldwide, from Berlin to Sydney, meeting (and filming) so many active, creative and inspirational people...Over the years we've been involved in documentaries, shows and events as well as battling and workin' - projects that have promoted the exchange of knowledge and culture, the progression and potential of hip hop as a tool, a voice and a platform, and the strength of women in hip hop among other things...so now a combination of cultural curiosity together with the immense presence of a scene on myspace has marked South America as a destination. We're working and preparing to travel and film, see some of what's out there... to find the b-boys and b-girls, the communities...and share what we capture when we get back. We intend to produce a documentary/vid, by whatever means, with the content evolving throughout the journey - let's see what happens! Peace
