Noni was born and raised in Miami, Florida and was influenced by music at a very early age. She began to perform as a child in school whenever given the opportunity. All of her experiences lead her to attend a Performing Arts High School for Musical Theater. There she developed her passion for dance and theater. Upon graduation, Noni started bar tending until she eventually ended up taking the stage at Bougainvillea’s, a local bar in South Miami where she worked. After singing as a “guest performer” with bands such as Corner 3 and C.O. Jones, belting out Janis Joplin night after night, Noni caught the attention of Luis Salazar who runs an independent record label in South Florida. They began working together in the summer of 2007 on her first single, "Floyd". Noni continues to work with Luis Salazar Productions with hopes to release her debut album, due out in early 2009.

Come see the Midnight Kahuna perform their hits live at Tobacco Road on Friday December 4th at 9pm. The show is a charity concert in conjunction with other acts to benefit children.
